Dynamic Machine Balancing

 Balancing is essential in rotary machinery to ensure optimal performance, longevity, and safety. Unbalanced rotating components, such as fans or shafts, can lead to excessive vibrations, resulting in increased wear on bearings and other parts, reduced efficiency, and potential mechanical failures. Dynamic, precision balancing minimizes these vibrations, leading to smoother operation and extended equipment lifespan. Regular maintenance and balancing checks are essential to maintain these benefits and prevent unexpected downtime. 


All rotors balanced in-house and in-situ at their respective operating speed, and are done according the AINDT recognised ISO - 10816  standard by our VCAT-1 certified technician. 

Vibration Analysis

Using specialised equipment, our team are able to diagnose rotary machinery faults based on the machines vibration signature. FFT and high-frequency spectrum imaging can assist in diagnosing a broad range of mechanical issues tied to a rotor's running frequency (looseness, misalignement, pulley-eccentricity, etc). Additionally, unique Bearing fault frequencies can also be identified to allow for early detection and replacement.
